Adonis Valley Mekti Pickles

Mekti is the little Lebanese cucumber relative that pickles beautifully. Adonis Valley takes them from the field and ferments them with garlic, sea salt, and a splash of vinegar until they turn tangy and lively. They keep their crunch, they bring real fiber, and the live bacteria do quiet good for your gut.
